“JA, FRAU CHEFIN, translating as YES, BOSS-LADY, invokes gestures of performed agreement - at once deferential and ironic, with a hint of theatricality.

Featuring works by a diverse range of established and emerging artists, the exhibition includes photography, ceramics, and textiles, considering authority not as a fixed structure but as a form of permission activated and sustained through negotiation, dialogue, and proximity: compliance tempered by varying degrees of disruption.”
